RULES OF THE “JIA EGG HUNT” COMPETITION

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZATION OF THE GAME

The company Inclusive Beauty Paris, whose head office is located at 175 rue du Temple 75003 Paris, registered with the RCS of Paris under number 90856785200011, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”, is organizing a game entitled “Jia Egg Hunt” (hereinafter the “Game”), available on the website www.jiaparis.com .

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The Game is open to any adult natural person residing in mainland France, excluding members of the Organizer's staff and their families.
Participation in the Game implies full and complete acceptance of these rules .

ARTICLE 3 – GAME TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Game runs from 04/19/2025 to 04/21/2025 inclusive.

The principle is as follows:

  • Three virtual eggs are hidden on different pages of the website.
  • The participant must find all three eggs to validate their participation.
  • Once all three eggs are found, the participant will receive an email containing an exclusive promo code. This code grants access to their gift.
  • The participant must then make a purchase on the Organizer's website during the Game period.
  • The gift will be automatically added to the basket when the order is validated with the promotional code provided.
  • This code is personal, single-use, and valid only for the duration of the Game.
  • Cancelled or refunded orders will result in the cancellation of the gift award.

ARTICLE 4 – OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE

Participation in the Game is free, but gifts are only awarded to participants who have made a purchase on the website www.jiaparis.com , during the duration of the Game, who have completed the entire egg hunt and who have filled out the form.
Cancelled or refunded orders will result in the cancellation of the gift award.

ARTICLE 5 – FUNDS

Participants who have fulfilled the conditions described in articles 3 and 4 will receive one of the following gifts, while stocks last:

  • Exclusive promotional codes, valid on their next order,
  • Goodies or products offered, slipped into their package,
  • Other special surprises decided by the Organizer.

The type of gift awarded is random and cannot be claimed or exchanged.

ARTICLE 6 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Organizer cannot be held responsible in the event of technical failure, display error, or incorrect handling preventing participation in the Game.
In the event of force majeure or if circumstances require it, the Organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel the Game.

ARTICLE 7 – PERSONAL DATA

The data collected in this Game is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is necessary for the management of the Game and the sending of prizes.

ARTICLE 8 – ACCEPTANCE AND CONSULTATION OF THE REGULATIONS

Participation in the Game implies unreserved acceptance of these rules.

ARTICLE 9 – APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These regulations are subject to French law.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these regulations will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
