Do not machine wash. Rinse with clear water after use.

Step 1 : Place the Jia Paris Heated Cap in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes to warm up the thermal gel.

Step 2 : Apply your treatment (Intensive Nourishing Mask or 3-in-1 Oil Synergy) evenly and then tie your hair.

Step 3 : Check the temperature of the Heated Cap, which should be warm but not burning, then put it on. A plastic shower cap can be worn under the bonnet.

Step 4 : Wait for 5 to 15 minutes depending on the depth of the treatment you desire.

Step 5 : Remove the Heated Cap and rinse your treatment.
