Returns and exchanges
At JIA Paris, for your purchases made online, you can at your convenience be reimbursed by turning your products back or exchanging them in the event of a defective product. For this, the steps are very simple.
Easy feedback
I bought online, I want to return my products and thus be reimbursed or get a exchange.
Note the following conditions well:
- You only have 14 days from receipt of your package to exercise your right of withdrawal.
- The costs caused by the return of your package is your responsibility.
- The products concerned by the right of withdrawal must be not open, unacceptable and the original packaging should not have been unlocked.
- You must print, complete and join us in the package the return slip (link below).
- You can choose refund or exchange for all or part of your order.
- You must return the package without excessive delay and at the latest within 14 days of the communication of your withdrawal decision to JIA Paris.
The reimbursement of your items and shipping costs go, paid by bank card will be carried out according to the same payment method, within a maximum of 30 days of receipt of your parcel to the warehouse.
